We at Spa Reflection make every effort to provide our clients with the ultimate pampering and cutting edge services at reasonable rates, while focusing on the attention to details, both in our services and customer relations. In our pursuit to respect the time allowed to us by our clients we must insist on your punctuality when arriving for your appointments. Your appointment begins at the scheduled time. We earnestly do not want you to miss out on any of the pampering by arriving late. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notification. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the full service scheduled. We at Spa Reflection work hard to attract and keep educated, skilled technicians. We appreciate your understanding in this matter since our technicians income is adversely affected when a client cancels without notice. A $20.00 service fee applies to all returned checks.
We recommend that you schedule your appointments for your optimal flexibility and availability. However, we welcome the spontaneous, and all those who would like to call or drop by on a whim for anything, from relaxation to a whole new look, we will do our best to accommodate you and share all that we have learned with you.
